General
1. By submitting your orders would mean that you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
2. All items are Handmade with Authentic Swarovski Beads.
3. Do email us if you want more photos about our products and we will be glad to send you more.
4. All orders must be in our order form format.
4. Strictly NO dead buyers
5. Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable.
6. Once your email has been sent to us, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
7. Prices are NON negotiable.
8. Items will be only be mailed out within 3 days upon receiving your payment. (My sister will start making once we have received your payment)
9. For Express Order, i.e you need your item to be sent the next day, a surcharge of
- 30% of the selling price for Bears Series will be charge
- 20% of the selling price for the rest of the series will be charged.
10. For Special Order, please allow a minimum of 5days for my sister to explore and make it. Maximum waiting days will be around 10days, depend on the complexity of items you ordered.
11. No Garantee for Special Order, but at the end of 5 days, we would let you know if its possible.
Payment
1. BANK TRANSFER ONLY
2. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER. Payment must be made within 3 days after you have received a confirmation email from us.
3. Orders will only be confirmed after payment is made.
4. Our POSB account number will be revealed to you when orders confirmed.
5. We will not be responsible if you transfer the money to the wrong account.
6. Strictly no concealed cash/meet ups.
Collection Methods
1. Meet up or delivery can be provided if you stay around Yio Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio, if not please opt for normal postage
- Price Stated is inclusive of Normal Postage
- However, the fee for special delivery charge still applies and if you opt for registered postage, you will have to pay $2.50 more.
3. We will not be responsible for any lost mail.
